Meagan Fraser is Empire Center’s Development Coordinator.
Meagan received her bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Bridgewater State University in 2018 and a master’s degree in philosophy from Georgia State University. Before joining the Empire Center, Meagan taught ethics courses at GSU and conducted academic research on topics including individual responsibility, moral repair and the work of Adam Smith and Friedrich Hayek.
