At least 25 public employees in New York state were paid more than $500,000 during their employer’s most recently reported fiscal year, according to data posted today on SeeThroughNY.net, the Empire Center’s transparency website.

The data details the pay of over 100,000 individuals from 124 public authorities, industrial development agencies and other public entities, including 86,195 employees of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

Pay data for other public authorities, including the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey was posted on the website previously.
